The buffet breakfast and hot springs were the best aspects of our stay. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the hot springs were a great way to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The location was also convenient, with easy access to key tourist spots. We also enjoyed the 5-star level of service we received from the staff.
It was also frustrating that there was no explicit mention of this before check-in. the lack of help with our luggage was an inconvenience.
